Long Head Biceps Tear-MRI


Altered intrasubstance signal intensity in the long head of biceps with T2 hyperintense signal on T2/STIR images.  Altered signal intensity in relation to the subscapularis insertion. Fluid is noted along the long head of biceps.  Suggesting long head of biceps tear.
