"Two injured sea turtles received special medical attention at an Outer Banks hospital. Sea turtles Vortex and Aquile checked into the Sentara Kitty Hawk outpatient campus to get a CT scan. Vortex's skull was fractured May of last year when he was struck by a propeller. Aquile lost part of her outer shell back in January after she suffered frostbite. "
